HiByBlue Can't connect to a Bluetooth device?

  1. Make sure the Bluetooth device is connected to the phone;
  2. Try killing the HiByBlue application, then reopen HiByBlue to connect;
  3. Try to delete the pairing information of the Bluetooth device, re-pair, connect, and then open HiByBlue to connect;
  4. Try turning off the Bluetooth device, then wait 10 minutes, turn on the Bluetooth device again, turn on HiByBlue to connect;
  5. Intercept pictures that cannot be connected, contact HiBy customer service, and assist in providing mobile phone information, HiByBlue APP version, and your Bluetooth device information;
