1. Product Overview

HiBy Project Ace JP is a single dynamic earplug produced and tuned by HiBy and FAudio. This special edition of JP combines HiBy’s comprehensive capabilities in audio research and development, FAudio’s experience in dynamic unit development and Mix Wave’s long-term cooperation and deep insights with a wide range of musicians. Project Ace JP also integrates the five elements of "sound quality, balance, sound field, dynamics and musicality", which not only improves the dynamic response to complex music, but also carefully presents more delicate timbre expression for J-Pop, which has diverse music styles.

  1. Redesigned 12mm large-diameter moving coil element The area of ​​the 12mm moving coil unit that pushes air is 1.44 times that of 10mm and 2.25 times that of 8mm.

Using larger-diameter speakers than common IEMs, it can simultaneously display accurate high-frequency sound and richer low-frequency and mid-frequency details. Redesigned speakers and internal sound chambers also allow different musical elements to be better displayed.

  1. Highly rigid titanium diaphragm with new technology As one of the pioneers of Asian music trends, Japan continues to export and create various types of music to satisfy music fans with different tastes. Therefore, we re-developed the moving coil diaphragm material based on the ProjectAce standard version, using multiple PVD+ processes to accurately attach more than 60 layers of titanium gold compound particles to the PEEK substrate. This not only improves the rigidity of the diaphragm, but also further improves the consistency of the diaphragm movement, making the extension of mid-to-high frequencies smoother.

High-end PEEK as the base material of the diaphragm It provides excellent internal friction performance for this moving coil unit, allowing the inertial amplitude and duration of the entire moving coil to be fully controlled. No matter high, high or low frequencies, it can show rich and delicate musical details. .

  3. 1.2T powerful dual magnetic core In order to achieve a more efficient driving effect for the diaphragm with excellent high rigidity and high internal friction performance, we redesigned the magnetic circuit core and magnetic gap of the moving coil, allowing the dual magnetic core to provide high-efficiency magnetic force of up to 1.2T (Tesla), allowing Project Ace JP to achieve excellent electro-acoustic conversion efficiency.

  4. T.B.A.C. and multiple independent vocal chambers We first designed dual independent sound cavities for the new dynamic unit to specifically enhance the dynamic details of the mid-range and low frequencies. Then we continued to combine FAudio’s patented technology "T.B.A.C." (triple acoustic cavity) and adjusted the new airflow guidance model to ensure efficient airflow performance and natural sound playback effects.

Cavity 1 We specially designed independent dual inner cavities for the new 12mm large-diameter dynamic driver, which can more accurately control the inlet and outlet airflow of the dynamic driver to find the best balance between efficient driving and reducing standing waves.

Cavity 2 The metal structure strengthens the rigidity of the entire unit to avoid excessive resonance, and adjusts the airflow through the air holes in the rear cavity, making the tuning full of detail and power at the same time.

Cavity 3 It effectively releases excess air pressure in the ear canal while stabilizing the air flow, providing an endless supply of air to the unit, enhancing the clarity of the overall sound, and making the layered performance of the titanium diaphragm more distinct.
