12mm large diameter moving coil unit
-
The area of the 12mm moving coil unit that pushes air is 1.44 times that of 10mm and 2.25 times that of 8mm. Different from common-sized dynamic speakers, larger diameter speakers are used in a limited space, which can simultaneously display accurate high-frequency sound and richer low-frequency and mid-frequency details. After repeated verification in various new processes and materials, we finally found five acoustic designs for Project Ace.
-
Glass-coated diaphragm with extremely fast response Precision-made beryllium-coated diaphragm, beryllium is light in weight and has extremely fast sound speed. After our carefully crafted beryllium-coated diaphragm, the ultra-high frequency response is fast and accurate, and the effect is significantly improved. It is very suitable for showing rich high-frequency details and wonderful timbre texture.
-
New magnesium alloy dome speakers We chose magnesium metal, which is lighter than beryllium, for the dome part of the speaker. In order to further reduce the density and mass and increase its hardness and shock resistance, we specially added lighter lithium elements. After extrusion and specific annealing processes, the lithium ions are uniformly distributed and deposited into the crystal framework of the magnesium ions, and part of the dendrite structure tends to transform into a cellular structure. The application of this new type of magnesium alloy dome has greatly improved the drive efficiency of ProjectAce's units, making the bass performance deep and full.
-
Highly efficient magnetic core drive The advantages of magnesium alloy domes and beryllium-plated diaphragms, reinforced coils, and peripherally designed high magnetic circuit systems enable ProjectAce to achieve excellent electroacoustic conversion efficiency.

Newly designed I.B.A.C. triple acoustic cavity We have evolved a new airflow guidance model based on FAudio's patented technology "T.B.A.C." (triple acoustic cavity). For this special new unit, we have redesigned the structure and flow guidance method of the triple acoustic cavity to bring efficient airflow performance and natural sound playback effects.
-
New generation T.B.A.C. triple acoustic cavity Cavity— It is specially designed for the moving coil unit that houses the 12mm magnesium alloy dome. It is made with high-precision molds to ensure high consistency, and effectively discharges the instability and excess airflow of traditional moving coils, thereby greatly reducing distortion.
Cavity 2 The metal structure enhances the rigidity of the entire unit to avoid excessive resonance, and the airflow is adjusted through the air holes in the rear cavity to achieve a powerful tuning effect.
Cavity three It effectively releases excess air pressure in the ear canal while stabilizing the air flow, providing an endless supply of air to the unit, enhancing the clarity of the overall sound, and making the layered performance of the beryllium-plated diaphragm more distinct.

5. How to wear headphones
-
Both the left and right sides of this headset and its wire need to be distinguished. L represents the left ear and R represents the right ear. The L/R mark of the headset is located next to the earphone vent. The L/R mark of the wire is located inside the 2-pin double-pin male connector. The correct connection method between the headset and the wire is as follows:
-
After connecting and assembling the earphones, wear them around the ears. The correct wearing method is as follows. When wearing, please choose an earphone cover of the appropriate size according to your ear size to ensure a tight and comfortable wearing feeling. This earphone is an in-ear earphone. Poor sealing will cause low-frequency loss, reduced sound quality analysis, etc., affecting the listening effect. Please wear it normally.

6. Things to note when wearing HiFi headphones
- When wearing or storing headphones, please avoid high temperature, low temperature, humid or dusty environments to prevent damage to the headphones or affect the sound quality. It is recommended to store them in a special moisture-proof storage bag to reduce damage.
- Do not immerse the earphones in water to prevent liquid from entering the unit or cable. If there are water stains after use, wipe them dry in time.
- Avoid excessive pulling or bending of the headphone cable, which may cause internal breakage of the line.
- Avoid dropping the earphones hard to prevent internal parts from loosening.
- When connecting the device, do not insert or pull out the plug forcefully to avoid damaging the plug or device interface.
- When wearing it for a long time, you need to let your ears rest for a while to avoid ear fatigue and hearing damage; at the same time, avoid listening at high volume for a long time, which can not only protect your hearing, but also better preserve the unit performance.
- If the earphones malfunction (such as sound quality distortion, silence, poor contact, etc.), please do not disassemble and repair it yourself. You should contact the brand's official after-sales service to avoid affecting the product warranty.
- When cleaning the earphones, please use a dry and soft cloth to wipe them. Do not use corrosive cleaners such as alcohol and acetone to avoid damaging the unit casing and wire sheath. Pay attention to regular cleaning of the earphone covers to keep them clean and hygienic.
