How to upgrade the player?​

  • Network upgrade: System settings -》 System upgrade -》 Network upgrade
  • TF/MicroSD card upgrade (can be turned on): Copy the downloaded upt file to the root directory of the TF/MicroSD card (player connected to the computer), on the player: System Settings -》 System Upgrade -》 TF/MicroSD card upgrade
  • TF/MicroSD card upgrade (cannot boot): Copy the downloaded upt file to the root directory of the TF/MicroSD card (using a card reader), insert the TF/MicroSD card into the player, press and hold the upgrade key to turn on the computer (the specific models are different), and the machine enters the upgrade interface to upgrade

Sleep shutdown definition​

  • The sleep shutdown timing point is calculated from when the sleep shutdown is turned on;
  • After the sleep shutdown is turned on, if the setting value is 10 minutes, the formatting and updating the media library are operated within these 10 minutes. The shutdown time will be calculated again and will automatically shut down after 10 minutes.

What should I do if there are garbled words in songs and lyrics? Solution and reasons?​

  • The inconsistency between the song information encoding and the selected language leads to errors in string parsing;
  • The solution is that the user re-edits the song information or lyrics information with mp3tag and uses local encoding to save the song information;

What do the error prompts -5, -9, -11, -12, -13 mean?​

  • SAE_USED -5, there is an exception in the code part. You can contact the developer (ringsd@hiby.com)
  • SAE_FORMAT -9, file format error
  • SAE_RANGE -11, file sampling rate exceeds the support range
  • SAE_NOTSUPPORT-12, file not supported
  • SAE_IO -13, possible reasons: the file format does not support (maybe some features), the file is corrupted, the file is encrypted, the output device does not support (USB DAC or BT playback), network exceptions (communication exceptions with the server side, such as: FM, TIDAL, Qobuz), etc., or other types of problems can be fed back to customer service.

Under what circumstances will seamless play take effect?​

  • Seamless playback is mainly used to solve the problem that the original single-track file is cut into multiple split files, resulting in song pauses or gaps in the middle;
  • PCM type music supports seamlessness, but the same samples must be switched to achieve seamless effects;
  • The seamless play option is invalid for DSD format;

Does Bluetooth car support song information? Song title? lyrics?​

  • As the transmitting end, the X1000 platform player will send song title, artist, album, style, duration, current playback progress and other information. If the receiving end processes the data on the transmitting end, it can be displayed normally. If there is no processing, then it will not be displayed;
  • Lyric display is not supported;

X1000 Platform EQ (Equalizer) supports the sampling rate range?​

  • PCM supports up to 48kHz;
  • DSD/MQA songs are not supported;
  • Both digital output and analog output are effective;

X1000 Platform MSEB supports sampling rate range?​

  • PCM supports up to 384kHz;
  • DSD/MQA songs are not supported;
  • Both digital output and analog output are effective;

X1000 Platform DSD Output Mode (PCM\DoP\Native) Function Definition​

  • When the audio output is balanced (BAL)\single-ended (PO)\LineOut(LO), the DSD output mode selection cannot be performed. This function is invalid and output according to the actual situation;
  • When the audio output is Bluetooth, DSD output mode cannot be selected. This function is invalid and is converted to PCM output;
  • When the audio output is SPDIF, DSD output mode selection can be performed Select PCM and output according to the sampling rate 88.2kHz Select DoP or Native. When playing DSD64, it will be output in DoP mode, and the output sampling rate is 2.8 MHz; Select DoP or Native. How to set up and add dynamic covers?​

  • Settings portal: System Settings -》 Screensaver Settings -》 Dynamic Cover
  • Create a new screensavers folder in the MicroSD(TF) directory (casing is required for directory) and place the picture in this directory:
    1. Support jpg and png formats
    2. The resolution is recommended not to exceed 1024*1024
    3. The number of pictures should not exceed 16

How to add a custom network station?​

  • Create new text with UTF8 encoding in the root directory of MicroSD(TF) cardradio.txt
