Sleep shutdown definition​

  • The sleep shutdown timing point is calculated from when the sleep shutdown is turned on;

What should I do if there are garbled words in songs and lyrics? Solution and reasons?​

  • The inconsistency between the song information encoding and the selected language leads to errors in string parsing;
  • The solution is that the user re-edits the song information or lyrics information with mp3tag and uses local encoding to save the song information;

What do the error prompts -5, -9, -11, -12, -13 mean?​

  • SAE_USED -5, there is an exception in the code part. You can contact the developer (ringsd@hiby.com)
  • SAE_FORMAT -9, file format error
  • SAE_RANGE -11, file sampling rate exceeds the support range
  • SAE_NOTSUPPORT-12, file not supported
  • SAE_IO -13, possible reasons: the file format does not support (maybe some features), the file is corrupted, the file is encrypted, the output device does not support (USB DAC or BT playback), network exceptions (communication exceptions with the server side, such as: FM, TIDAL, Qobuz), etc., or other types of problems can be fed back to customer service.

Under what circumstances will seamless play take effect?​

  • Seamless playback is mainly used to solve the problem that the original single-track file is cut into multiple split files, resulting in song pauses or gaps in the middle;
  • PCM type music supports seamlessness, but the same samples must be switched to achieve seamless effects;
  • The seamless play option is invalid for DSD format;

Does Bluetooth car support song information?​

  • As the transmitting end, the X1600 platform player will send song title, artist, album, style, duration, current playback progress and other information. If the receiving end processes the data on the transmitting end, it can be displayed normally. If there is no processing, then it will not be displayed;
  • Lyric display is not supported;

Does EQ (equalizer) support range for sampling rate?​

  • PCM supports up to 48kHz;
  • DSD/MQA songs are not supported;
  • Both digital output and analog output are effective;

MSEB supports range for sampling rate?​

  • PCM supports up to 384kHz;
  • DSD/MQA songs are not supported;

DSD output mode (PCM\DoP\Native) function definition​

  • When the audio output is balanced (BAL)\single-ended (PO)\LineOut(LO), the DSD output mode selection cannot be performed. This function is invalid and output according to the actual situation;
  • When the audio output is Bluetooth, DSD output mode cannot be selected. This function is invalid and is converted to PCM output;
